1. Who we are

Africa Complete (africacomplete.org) is the online home of Alphabetic African Timeline, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. You can contact us at africacomplete61@gmail.com or +251 901 091 733.

2. What we sell

We sell digital resources — country guides, reference books and printable eMaps — delivered as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Your account

You need a verified account to buy and download resources. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can enable two-factor authentication from your account security page.

4. Prices and payment

Catalogue prices are set in US dollars. If you pay in Ethiopian birr, the amount is converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout, which is fixed for that order. Payments are processed by Chapa and by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia card gateway. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery and access

Once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, your resources appear in your library. Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads within a set period, shown on the product page and in your library. Contact us if you run into any trouble downloading.

6. Licence

Purchased resources are licensed for your personal, educational or internal institutional use. You may print them for these purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or republish the files, in whole or in part, without written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Alphabetic African Timeline and its authors.

8. Liability

Resources are provided for educational and reference purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate, facts and figures may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
